Attendees can cancel purchased tickets with a full refund at any time until 31th March 2026, minus 100€ processing fee.
Applications for refunds will not be accepted after 31th March 2026.
If the Congress is cancelled for any reason, all attendees will receive a full refund for purchased tickets.
