CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Attendees can cancel purchased tickets with a full refund at any time until 1st April 2023, minus 100€ processing fee.
• Applications for refunds will not be accepted after 1st April 2023.
• If the Congress is cancelled for any reason, all attendees will receive a full refund for purchased tickets.
• Please contact segreteria@sitri.it if you wish to request a refund for your purchased tickets.
